**Overview**:
Involved in the daily management, administration and operation of a shopping mall in the area of retail shops leasing, building operations, tenancy administration and rental collection.
To be responsible for the administrative and related functions of the Shopping Complex Management.
**Responsibilities**:
1. To source for new tenants to add into the existing shopping mall tenants list for short term and medium term duration.
2. To coordinate with Property Leasing & Legal Department to renew tenancy leases and following the tenancy administration flow of work.
3. To plan and organize monthly and festive season promotional activities at the shopping complex.
4. To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all the tenants and attend promptly and professionally to any complaints and requests.
5. To ensure the Complex operational matters such as maintenance, cleaning, security and safety aspect are well maintained for safe and conducive shopping.
6. To do monthly rental charges for tenants and collection of monthly and outstanding rental chargers as well as tenancy renewal process.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines related to retail sector.
- Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year working experience can also apply.
- Have experience working in retail sector and knowledge of tenancy agreements administration will be an added advantage.
- Preferably an outgoing, proactive and self-motivated individual.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and knowledge on other languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates are welcome
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
