**Position Title**: Paramedic

**Location**: Klang Valley

**Department**: Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a one-hour break. Overtime will be calculated if required.

**Job Summary**: The Paramedic provides advanced medical care and life support to patients in emergency situations. This role involves rapid response to emergencies, assessment of patient conditions, and administration of appropriate medical interventions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to emergency calls and provide efficient and immediate care to critically ill or injured patients.
- Perform medical procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, administration of medications, and intravenous therapy.
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and condition, providing treatment according to established protocols.
- Safely transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring continuous medical care during transit.
- Communicate effectively with medical personnel at hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
- Document patient information, treatment provided, and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and restock medical equipment and supplies on the ambulance.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical practices and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and organizational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in paramedic science or emergency medical services from a recognized institution.
- Certification from the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board or relevant authority.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Additional certifications such as Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are advantageous.
- Good physical health and fitness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and high-pressure situations.
- Registration with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board or relevant regulatory body.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
