**P/S**: This is a NON-HALAL (pork and alcohol) cafe. Malaysian-Chinese will be preferred.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Be punctual at work, communicate with co-workers, be focused in job.
- Preparing drinks such as espresso based drinks, smoothies, teas and desserts in a timely manner
- Make basic latte art on drinks (Coffee and Tea based drinks)
- Beverage bar mise en place, restocking and stock counting
- Develop new drinks for special occasions that are aesthetically pleasing and tasty
- Interacting with customers by taking orders, making recommendations, providing accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and fulfilling customers' request in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant & bar environment, and all equipment used
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items according to the SOP
- Working and communicating effectively with back-of-the-house and management team closely to provide great service to customers and solving issues
- Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through up-selling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniques

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Friendly, attentive, positive and with great attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and quality beverages
- Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
