Punctual, discipline and can work as a team.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure standards of beverage and food products at workstation meet the assured quality.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet.
- To assist in front of house service and any other job assigned by superior from time to time
- Assist in managing queues and crowd control during peak hours.
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guest
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
