About the Role:

We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our service team as Waiters/Service Crew Members. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a great dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers warmly in a professional manner.
  • Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly.
  • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up.
  • Serve food and beverages according to company SOP.
  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests.
  • Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
  • Provide bills, process payments, and return change/receipts correctly.
  • Work closely with kitchen and cashier staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware following hygiene standards.
  • Keep dishwashing area, dining area, and service counters clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling practices.
  • Follow supervisor's instructions and perform duties efficiently.
  • Report any customer complaints or issues to the manager on duty.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred.
  • Healthy, energetic, and passionate about customer service.
  • Immediate starters will be given priority.
  • Training provided for those without prior experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
