Key Responsibilities

Waiter / Service Crew

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food/drinks efficiently.
  • Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in clearing tables and preparing service areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.

Kitchen Helper

  • Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Clean and store dishes, cutlery, and cooking tools.
  • Support chefs with plating and simple kitchen tasks.
  • Handle food supplies, storage, and waste management.

Counter Crew / Cashier

  • Attend to customers at the counter, take orders, and process payments.
  • Prepare and pack takeaway items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
  • Handle POS system and ensure cash accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • No formal education required; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in F&B, kitchen operations, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and strong teamwork.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Physically fit for tasks such as standing long hours or light lifting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
