    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  2. Greet guests promptly and politely, assist with seating, present menus, and make recommendations if needed.

  3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
  4. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner with proper presentation.
  5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or requests promptly.
  6. Clear and reset tables between guests. Replenish condiments, utensils, and napkins.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times.
  8. Assist with setting up and closing down dining including service stations.
  9. Participate in opening and closing duties such as inventory checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  10. Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  12. Report customer complaints, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the manager.
  13. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to food handling, hygiene and safety practice.
  14. Such other instructions related to the Restaurant's operations as set by the Employer from time to time.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standard to ensure excellence in every dish served.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure kitchen and overall restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Compliance: Follow food safety regulations & licensing requirements.
  • Packing and Sorting: Prepare orders for delivery and ensure proper packaging.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Order Accuracy & Delivery: Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
  • Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and overall guest environment.
  • Team Support: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Restaurant Standards: Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and service procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
