**Responsibilities**:
- Compare and Evaluate purchase requisition and quotation for pricing, purchase term and etc.
- Ensure supplier price list up to date/negotiation of price to reduce cost.
- Maintain updated record of purchase products, delivery information and invoices.
- Processing Purchase Order.
- Monitor stock and preparing stock report (stock closing)
- Maintain filing system.
- Perform overall purchasing work for job order.
- Performs any other duty as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh Graduate at least Diploma in Management/ Business Management OR
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate (Word & Excel).
- Self-motivated, fast learner, dynamic and good attendance.
- Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
**Benefits**:
