**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00

**Technical**
- Develop self and sustain as product technical expert.
- Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completeing reports.
- Monitor repairing or replacing faulty equipment.Installing, maintaining, and repairing systems, machines, and equipment.
- Collaborating with other specialists and to have regular service meeting with principal.
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues.
- Provide Technical Training to in-house techinicians and service contractors.

**Overall Tasks**
- Manage and coordinate staff, scheduling, and department workload to ensure timely completion of services.
- Monitor customer complaints and concerns, and resolve them effectively.
- Maintain high customer service standards, addressing customer issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for the service department, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory costs and budgets.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
