Job Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and other general building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all work orders are completed according to company standards.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and perform on-site inspections when required.
  • Prepare photo reports and update job status via the Dr. Maintenance app or system.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used and maintained properly.
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all job sites.
  • Support renovation or fit-out works when required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or related technical work.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, or mechanical systems.
  • Possess relevant technical certification or vocational training (SKM, CIDB, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good attitude, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel between job sites.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
