A leading digital marketing company is on the lookout for **SEO Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)**specializing in driving organic growth through strategic keyword optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis.

- Strategy Execution: Help execute strategies to improve SERP rankings for specific keywords, enhance online visibility, and maximize ROI.
- Technical Oversight: Identify technical issues affecting SEO performance and implement solutions promptly.
- Technical Knowledge: Understand website development, particularly SEO-friendly website building and page speed optimization
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with content writers and link builders to align resources with the strategic direction.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize testing methods such as A/B testing to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Client Interaction: Manage client relationships through various communication channels, including WhatsApp and in-person/online meetings.
- Performance Analysis: Track, report, and analyze data to continuously improve campaign performance using advanced tools such as Looker Studio.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SEO, search engines, and internet marketing.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Minimum **2 years of experience in SEO**, with a proven track record in strategy and execution. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum **2 years hands-on SEO technical experience** including On Page, Off Page optimisation
- **Mandatory Proficiency** in M**andarin, English & Malay**language
- **Proficiency in using any SEO tools** such as **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Looker Studio** and any keyword research tools.
- Experienced in website analysis using various analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement areas
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; experienced in client-facing roles
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and results-driven
- Hands-on technical experience in **managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns**:

- **Familiar with front-end technologies** including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of **SEM strategies and techniques**:

- Experience with **website development and maintenance using platforms like WordPress and Wixsite**:

- Skilled in conducting keyword research and selecting high-performing keywords to drive qualified traffic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
