**Singapore Nursing Home Staff Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse X 10 | Career Progression**
**Location**: Islandwide (North or East area)
**Working Hours: must be able to commit shift hours**
- 12 Hour Shift: 7am to 7pm/ 7pm to 7am (inclusive 1 hour break)
- AM Shift: 7am to 4pm (inclusive 1 hour break)
- PM Shift: 2pm to 9pm (inclusive 1 hour break)
4 days 3 days off - 12 hours
5 days, 2 days off - AM and PM shift
**Salary**:
Staff Nurse : $8,100 RM - 1,2000 RM
Enrolled Nurse : Up to $8,100 RM/ Senior Enrolled Burse : Up to $9,600 RM
- Plan, implement and review nursing care and service delivery to patients
- Pack and serve medication to patient and update of medication chart
- Perform rounds to ensure patients are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate treatment and follow up on progress of patients
- Assist doctors in treatments and examinations of patients
- Identify problems related to illness and advocate early medical attention and do incident reporting and assessment for preventive measures
- Supervision of team in day-to-day delivery of care within ward and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
- Assist in reviewing RAF, Fall Risk, Restraints of residents and maintain and upkeep of accurate documentation of care
- Participate in orientation and education programme all activities related to the smooth running of ward / unit.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Highly motivated, ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
