**Associate, Policy Owner Services (AUS) - 1 year contract **_(Renewable/ Convertible depends on performance)_ - Mon - Fri (1 day WFH per week) **_ - 5.30am-2.30pm OR 6.30am - 3.30pm (Follow Daylight saving)**_ **Key Responsibilities**: - Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes - Maintain client and policy information - Process bills and payments - Support policy adjustments - May facilitate passing through policy-specific client instructions / enquiries to relevant parties - **Hiring Process: CV Submission > Online Video Interview > Shortlisted > Offer > Background Check (7 working days) > Onboarding**_ **Remuneration Package**: - **Basic is RM2,500 for Degree holder + RM450 transportation allowance (fixed)**: - **RM300 fixed allowance**: - OT is claimable - 14 days annual leave - 14 days medical leave - 3 days special paid leave - Follow Australia Public Holiday - EPF, SOCSO, EIS as per statutory - Outpatient Benefits up to RM1,200 per contract tenure - Hospitalization & Surgical Benefits up to RM10,000 per contract tenure - OT Claimable **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate **Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Early shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Will you be able to work in or relocate to Cyberjaya? - What is you MUET level?
