About the Role

Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes- Process insurance policy adjustments, renewals and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.- Process all incoming bills & payments requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.- May facilitate passing through policy-specific client instructions / enquiries to relevant parties- Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.- Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement.- Ensure team operating efficiency.

Others:- Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance policy processing experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related fields- Excellent written & spoken English language skills- Good attention to details & organization skills
