**COST CONTROLLER**
- As a cost controller, your job duties include verifying costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.
- Maintain internal safeguards for revenue, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
- Study, analyze and report on all variances relating to costs and inventory management within the hotel administration
- To prepare of monthly reports, monthly forecasts and annual budgets correlated to Projects, Monitor costs and control costs, financial progress, estimate to complete.
- Worked closely with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
- Determined overall project cost which includes project management, material supply, fabrication, installation, etc. and monitor project expenditure against budget cost.
- Liaised with Contractor on all contractual and commercial matters.
- Checked and verified all remeasurements, rates and prices for all change order submitted by the Contractor.
- Prepared and published monthly job cost summary reports as required by the project / finance department to give good visibility on all commercial aspects.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a relevant field preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in executive level

3. familiarity of accounting software and Microsoft

4. Strong analytical and organizational skills, good communicator and independent with high initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
