**Position Title: Warehouse Manager**

Our client, a leader in the **biomedical and life sciences industry**, specializes in introducing products in the healthcare and life sciences industry to raise the standards of healthcare. They are currently looking for a **“Warehouse Manager” **to be based in Sungai Buloh, responsible for the overall operations and administration of the Logistics / Warehouse Division to ensure it is in compliance with Company’s policies, vision, ISO 9001 & GDPMD regulations, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- To define and structure an efficient and effective warehouse & store management to ensure it achieves the Company’s sales target, inventory cost control, maximize the utilization of run time and manpower requirement
- To optimize use of floor layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization - To manage receiving and deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for stock count and variance investigation and report feedback to the management with constructive actions to reduce recurring variance.
- Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for transport management to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- To set KPI and goals for the team, ensuring relevant training is organized for upskilling, monitoring their performance periodically.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally with speedy action.
- To manage operating cost and continuously look for improvement where cost can be reduced while productivity increased.
- Compliance to all regulatory procedures preparation for ISO 9001 & GDPMD audits.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with more than 10 years experience.
- Cold Chain management, inventory control, people management experience is a plus point.
- Has experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, FMCG, Food industry.
- Hands on knowledge in end to end warehouse operations, inventory control and quality management.
- Ability to lead the team, set KPIs and instill warehouse practices within the team
- Focus on continuous improvements plans.
- Quality management of finished goods is in compliance with all regulatory procedures.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
