**角色與責任：**
- 將工作分配給分包商；
- 準備、談判和分析投標和合約的成本；
- 與供應商、承包商和分包商談判條款和條件；
- 維護詳細且有條理的文件；
- 準備招標和合約文件、工程量清單和其他文件；
- 追蹤建築材料；
- 發展並維持與承包商、分包商和供應商的工作關係；
- 記錄專案進度和材料；
- 估算材料的數量和成本；
- 審查建築計劃並準備數量需求；
- 分包商每月估價和決算的認證；
- 作為團隊的一員，確保交付客戶的要求；
- 監控和追蹤專案進度並負責測量和
- 對合約期間工作變更進行評估，以就臨時付款和最終帳目達成協議；
- 參與風險評估和機會改進；
- 績效監控 - KPI/目標；

**工作要求 ：**
- 資格：工料測量師領域的學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位或同等學歷。
- 經驗年資：至少 1 至 3 年相關領域的工作經驗。

**技能和能力：**
- 精通 MS Office Excel、Word 和 Power Point。
- 良好的書面和口頭溝通能力。
- 熟練地發現錯誤和不一致的能力。
