**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, coordinate, and implement programs and events that promote the integration and success of international students.
- Plan orientation sessions for new international students, including school policies and students’ handbook.
- Coordinate the course structure and programs for international students in Year 12 & Year 13.
- Liaise with local and overseas agents to provide guidance on school resources and academic support for recruiting international students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to international students throughout their academic journey.
- Offer support to international students with challenges such as academic adjustment, cultural differences, and homesickness.
- Assist international students with student pass related matters, including tracking their status and advising on the necessary steps.
- Assess the effectiveness of student programs through surveys and feedback, and suggest improvements and implement changes based on feedback to continually enhance student experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student affairs, program coordination, or working with international students is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the needs of international students, including cultural adjustment, academic support and student pass regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support students' academic and personal challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
