**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Clinic Assistant who goes beyond basic duties**.
This role is for someone who is **people-focused, sales-aware, proactive, and always thinking about how to improve clinic operations, patient flow, and overall revenue**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Frontline & Operations**
- Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
- Manage patient flow to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and basic clinic organisation
- Assist doctors during procedures when required
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic SOPs

**Sales & Patient Experience**
- Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions clearly to patients
- Upsell relevant health services ethically based on patient needs
- Encourage follow-up visits, screenings, and preventive care
- Create a welcoming, professional, and trust-building patient experience
- Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and retention

**Minimum Requirements**
- Prior clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (registration systems, billing, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
- Good attitude, discipline, and professionalism are a must
