**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide lead-time timely to sales, LBPs or project managers
- Quote orders lead time base on material availability versus customer given specifications.
- Provide alternatives, as and when needed, to support urgent shut down order or short lead time order.
- To liaise with purchasing and D center for best possible strategy to fulfill customers’ requested dates.
- Liaise closely with purchasing and assembly operation on material and production capacity.
- Activate pre-activation, pre-ordering to fulfil quoted lead time
- Monitor upstream quoted lead time versus actual execution lead time and trigger necessary actions whenever needed
- Support company policies and goals.
- Actively participate in company’s continuous improvement programs.
- Other task assigned as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or Business.
- Require 1~2 years working experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to work independently
- Preferably with good knowledge in control valves and instrumentation technology
- Knowledge of material characteristics and ability to interpret manufacturing and engineering source documents.
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, problem solving tools and continuous improvement is desired
