Chargeman

l Responsible on daily & monthly maintenance activities in facilities especially in electrical and mechanical work (HVAC) in order to improve unit performance & efficiency.
- l To plan and arrange work schedule with client and technician.
- l To report on maintenance issues and critical incidents.
- l To carry out continues improvement activities in order to improve unit performance and efficiency of the work.
- l To attend any breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request from client.
- l To record and follow-up closed / pending / repeatedly case.
- To discuss with client on pending case and to plan for the next step.
- To understand and comply with job order for each site.
- Able to relocate to any site as instructed.
- Adhere to all established safety procedures and standards.
- Maintain relationship with all client.
- To maintain good housekeeping and safety of the tools given.
- To manage tools arrangement and storage with Store Admin (request, delivery, hand over and status of tools).
- Maintain an update the inventory of spare part to support the operation of equipment.
- Responsible for consumables stock management.
- Responsible to update work progress by picture to supervisor on daily basis.
- To monitor and make sure sub-contractor has completed the work (Delivery Order require) as requested.
- To attend breakdown on any site by 24hours

**Electrical / Chargeman**
- Poses valid full-time certificate and register with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (certificate under other company name is not allowed).
- Responsible for carrying out all duties of Chargeman as required under Electrical Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) at any site.
- Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring and electrical works (etc: panel board, wire termination, control system)
- Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown with client and supervisor. (etc: Fire Drill Assignment, shutdown maintenance).
- To endorse any job requirement under company project as needed
- To liaise with Draughtman for any project regarding electrical design and maintenance.
- To ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical system and installation are complied with the authority.
- To carry out any additional/ad-hoc duties, functions and responsibilities as directed/assigned by the Management.

**Monthly Plan Preventive Maintenance**
- Responsible on routine inspection & job activity to ensure the efficiency of the workflow and condition of the unit.
- To assist Breakdown Team once required.
- To plan work schedule with supervisor and admin and ensure on track every month.
- Manage to conduct daily work briefing.
- To update and make sure PPM work on track / schedule by daily.
- To make sure PPM checklist are in order before collect and compile the completed PPM.

**Breakdown**
- Installation of air conditioning and ACMV related equipment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot & propose solutions.
- Responsible to prepare good checking report and liaise with client for sign and approval.
- To liaise with PPM team on defect report.
- Responsible to check and verify work order before submit to client.
- To plan and arrange work schedule with client, technician and supervisor.
- Able to prepare report checking in details.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
