We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator (Leads Management) to join our team and support our sales efforts by managing and optimizing the lead generation process.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize incoming leads within the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
- Monitor lead status and progress, ensuring leads are nurtured and moved through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating communication with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct follow-up communication with leads to qualify them based on their needs and business requirements.
- Track and analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
- Ensure all client interactions are logged and maintained within the CRM for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries from potential clients and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support, leads management, or sales administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest in sustainability and the e-waste industry is a plus.
