- Manage, Coordinate, check and monitor and record all project-related documents (quotation/invoice/manpower record/productivity report /staff leave/incentive record/ performance review with existing software and apps)

- Prepare invoice, claims and monitor the status of payment collection.
- Perform day-to-day admin & HR operation activities in the department
- Managing staff's attendance and daily activities record and provide information to Accountant for payroll preparation.
- Check staff petty cash claim and allowances calculations.
- Record and monitor inventory of offices and hand tools or equipment
- Keep maintenance record of company vehicles and keep track of petrol expenses of staffs.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Meticulous and capable of manage work pressure
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Effective organization, follow-up and time-management skills
- Possess at least a Certificate in Business Administration/ Accounting / Book Keeping or related field.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Can speak well Mandarin is an added advantage
