To prepare monthly accounts closing and financial year end audit on a timely basis.
- Monitor and coordinate closing of monthly accounts.
- Ensure that subsidiary ledgers reconcile with GL control accounts.
- Handle full set accounts and responsible for all aspects of accounting (AR, AP, Monthly journal entry, Bank reconciliation, filling and all payment)
- Provide monthly accounting report to management within time period (report of Management accounts)
- Daily sales report reconciliation (online, cash & credit card).
- To assist to clear audit queries.
- Ensure all audit adjustments are recorded on a timely basis.
- To review/check bank reconciliations for all the Company's bank accounts.
- Ensure submission of SST and Tourism Tax and related documentation is on time.
- Prepare payout listing (salary, creditors, claim and etc.)
- To review daily collection reports and monitor daily bank-in of cheques/payment from debtors.
- Responsible for the up to date and accurate posting of accounts to the debtor ledger.
- To match and enter the invoice system.
- Maintain proper accounting and administrative records.
- To perform other administrative duties.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- In general, perform any other duties that might be assigned by higher management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
