As a Sales Associate/Sales Designer, you create an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. This is achieved by optimizing the sales priorities using commercial activities and securing the right forecasts for the total Commune offer. Using the right media and sales channels available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and buy more.
Being part of the sales team, you understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to delivering Good Customer Service & Good Shopping experience that is a
- You understand the store and department action plans. You take responsibility for your department goal and know how you can contribute.
- Meeting sales target / KPIs in line with business objectives;
- Greeting customers the moment they enter the store and making them feel welcome;
- Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers’ needs;
- Be able to identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions to exceed their expectations Recommend solutions according to customers’ needs & objectives;
- Generate interest through product demonstration; maintain excellent customer services and relationship;
- All products must have price tags and accessories are fully stocked;
- Ensure that Commune basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers a positive shopping experience Keeping abreast of your product knowledge features and benefits, through continuous learning;
- Learn to overcome customers’ objections; Be involved in discussion, brainstorming for ideas on how to increase sales Upselling of accessories;
- Promote, upselling and cross-selling of products;
- Closing sales with pride and a high level of professionalism;
- You actively offer all the services available in Commune store to help customers make informed. Assist in cashiering duties when required;
- You keep your work station clean and tidy at all times. Support and assist in ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required; Accountable for stock losses and stock variances;
- Ensure that all security devices / display units are in good working condition;
- Perform general housekeeping to create a pleasant shopping experience / store ambience;
- Adhere to all SOP, company’s policies, processes and procedures;
- Support in all aspects of sales process;
- Feedback to the Manager on customer needs;
- Ensure the look and feel of the showroom is maintained (cleanliness, organized, neat and tidy);
- Be flexible in taking different working shifts base on business operation needs.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
