**WE’RE HIRING: ASSISTANT EVENT PLANNER (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Shah Alam
**Salary Range**: RM2,500 - RM3,000
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in event management
**Education**: Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion
- Develop and pitch creative proposals and event concepts
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Actively approach and engage potential sponsors and partners
- Handle administrative and logístical tasks efficiently
- Represent the team professionally in both formal and informal settings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the event management industry
- Strong interpersonal and public relations (PR) skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Ability to read the room and adapt communication style accordingly
