As an SDR Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our sales and business development team, directly contributing to expanding our client base and helping Posable grow.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Company Research**:
- Identify and analyze potential companies that would benefit from Posable’s services.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Apollo.io, online directories, and industry databases to gather information on target clients.
- Build detailed profiles of potential clients and their decision-makers.
- **Cold Calling & Prospecting**:
- Tailoring conversations and building rapport with prospects.
- Set up introductory meetings or calls for senior team members when opportunities are identified.
- **CRM Management & Reporting**:
- Log all outreach activities and lead data into the CRM system, Hubspot.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track progress against outreach goals.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead generation activities and success metrics.
- **Collaborative Strategy**:
- Work closely with sales team to refine outreach scripts and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on common client pain points and opportunities for growth.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Business, Marketing, Communications**, or any other related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident tone for cold calling.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong **research capabilities**.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- A genuine interest in learning about **sales development** and **the tech industry**.
