- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets & Google Slides)

**What are the job responsibilities?**
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment
- Process Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts
- Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order
- Manage and control the master data including creation, modification and review in a timely and accurate manner
- To be given exposure to costing, budgeting and in-depth market and industry wide research and analysis
- To assist the manager with related administrative and general requirements of the business as and when required

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
