**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Operation Leader to oversee and supervise drivers under operations
- Liaise with drivers to support customers on shipments and maintain proper documentation.
- Plan, organized, executed, and monitored the collection and delivery process until all vehicles reached the destination safely and timely.
- Plan and schedule daily routes to ensure that the optimum amount of vehicles is working at all times to meet customer needs.
- Update to customer on the status of shipment and ensure on-time delivery
- Handling customer queries and escalating serious complaints to management.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to operational duties as and when required

**Requirement**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity
- Experienced in transport/logistics operations would be an advantage
- Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication skills and strong planning skills
- Work Location : Taman Perindustrian I-Park Sac, Senai
- **Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours**.
- **Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
