**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Operation Leader to managing and overseeing the deployment, scheduling, and daily operations of the company’s tipper trucks.
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch tipper trucks based on job requirements, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with drivers for trip updates and provide assistance in handling unexpected issues such as breakdowns, delays, or changes in delivery instructions.
- Monitor ongoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion of trips.
- Address and resolve driver concerns related to scheduling, workload, and any operational challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to confirm delivery details and manage any adjustments in shipment timelines.
- Verify and maintain accurate records of delivery orders, schedules, and trip completion documents.
- Ensure all drivers comply with company safety guidelines, legal requirements, and documentation protocols.
- Coordinate with the workshop team for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and any emergency roadside support.
- Proactively address any operational issues, including delays, customer complaints, and driver incidents.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to operational duties as and when required

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field, preferably with heavy trucks or tipper trucks.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication skills and strong planning skills
- Work Location : Taman Perindustrian I-Park Sac, Senai
- **Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.**:

- **Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours**.
- **Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
