As we expand, we’re looking for a **Marketing Intern** who is curious, adaptable, reliable and eager to gain hands-on experience in full-spectrum marketing. This role is perfect for someone who wants to sharpen their skills in marketing (learn from books, research and current trends in business world), campaigns, and lead generation, while learning directly from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities (You Will Support & Learn To):
**Marketing Campaigns & Strategy**
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Help tailor messaging for different audiences in corporate, education, and government sectors.

**Lead Generation Support**
- Assist in updating and maintaining lead databases.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Support content scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Assist in optimising content for reach and engagement.
- Learn the basics of SEO and website updates.
- Gain exposure to CRM tools for tracking campaign performance.

**Content Development & Copywriting**
- Draft social media captions, event write-ups, and marketing blurbs.
- Learn how to align copywriting with brand tone and messaging.

**Design & Visuals**
- Assist in coordinating visuals such as posters, banners, and social media assets.
- Be comfortable using Canva or similar tools for simple edits.

**Event & Campaign Support**
- Support the team in planning and promoting events, webinars, and info sessions.
- Assist with pre-event communications and post-event follow-ups.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Help track campaign performance through social media and CRM dashboards.
- Learn how to analyse what works and propose improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Background in marketing, business, marketing or related fields (students and fresh grads welcome).
- Interest in lead generation, telemarketing and digital marketing
- Strong written English skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Google Suite) is a plus.
- Based in Anywhere (remote-friendly with fixed working hours Monday - Friday).
