The Pall P2P Analyst is responsible for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company pays its bills on time and maintains good relationships with vendors.

This position reports to the Pall IP Manager (EMEA) and is part of the Pall Global P2P located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Indexing/data entry of invoices in SAP Open Text
- Resolve invoice posting issues and 3-way mismatch in SAP
- Obtain appropriate approval for non-PO invoices based on company Delegation of Authority
- Handle audit queries related to invoices and accounts payable
- Handle and resolve vendor and internal staff queries pertaining to invoices, escalation to supervisor where necessary

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Mandatory to speak, read and speak German language
- Qualification of any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Multiple years of working experience in P2P, ERP preferable but not mandatory
- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, self-starter, quick learner and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change
