**Location : IOI Puchong, Empire Subang & Pavillion Bukit Jalil**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional beauty advice and personalized product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate proper usage of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Assist customers in choosing products that match their needs, skin type, and preferences.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct skin consultations, mini makeovers, or product trials as required.
- Adhere to company grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetology is an advantage).
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Experience in retail or beauty industry is an added advantage.
