**Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Malay.
- Preferred experience in powder coating or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Advantageous to hold a Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Coating, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Familiar with powder coating techniques, equipment, and processes.
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to quality and safety.

**Responsibility**
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily powder coating activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all coated products, performing inspections to ensure a consistent finish.
- Help manage inventory levels of powders, chemicals, and coating supplies to prevent production delays.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of powder coating equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Support and guide powder coating staff, providing training and assistance to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and environmental standards for the coating process.
