**Key Responsibilities**

**I. Production Operations Management**
- **Supervise Daily Production**: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the production line, including injection moulding and subsequent manual/automated assembly processes for automotive plastic parts.
- **Schedule Adherence**: Monitor and manage production flow to meet daily/weekly targets and ensure **On-Time Delivery (OTD)** to the customer (OEM/Tier 1 supplier).
- **Machine & Process Monitoring**: Regularly check and verify machine operating parameters, ensuring all processes (moulding and assembly) are running according to established control plans and work instructions.
- **Manpower & Resource Allocation**: Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to maximize utilization and output.

**II. Quality and Process Control**
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct in-process checks and final inspections to ensure all components meet the required dimensional and visual specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to **injection moulding defects** (e.g., flash, short shots, warpage) and assembly problems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, process sheets, daily output reports, and quality non-conformance reports.
- **Continuous Improvement (CI)**: Actively participate in and drive CI initiatives like Lean Manufacturing or 5S to reduce scrap, improve cycle time, and enhance overall efficiency (OEE).

**III. Team Leadership and Safety**
- **Staff Supervision**: Train, mentor, and supervise production operators and technicians in correct operating procedures and safety protocols.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the floor.
- **Coordination**: Act as a key liaison between the production floor and other departments, including Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Tooling, and Planning/Logistics.

**Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer Technology, or a closely related technical field).

**Assistant Level**: Fresh Graduate are welcome.

**Experience: Executive level**Typically **2 to 3+ years** in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Direct, hands-on experience with **Plastic Injection Moulding** is essential, preferably in the **automotive parts** sector.

**Industry Exposure**:Familiarity with the requirements and standards of the automotive industry, particularly **IATF 16949** (Quality Management System).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
