**General Mission**
**- **To create a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for guests by providing high-quality food and beverages, exceptional service, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment for the F&B team.

**Operations / Communications**
- Manage day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel.
- Collaborate with the executive chef, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for F&B services.

**Fire & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with all fire and safety regulations in the food and beverage outlets.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training for F&B staff.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.

**Hygiene & Sanitation**
- Uphold and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation.

**Staffing / Training**
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated F&B team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the F&B staff.

**Cost Control**
- Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
- Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and other operational expenses.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

**Marketing / Planning**
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional activities and events.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
