Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food. Customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences. They will be responsible for managing team, training up leaders, ensuring high-quality products, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

. Hire , train, and mentor a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellence in customer service and product quality.

. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of cafe operations.

. Monitor food and labor costs to optimise profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.

. Create and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.

. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

. Build relationship with supplies and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize freshness.

. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

. Proven experiences (3years) in a similar role, preferable in a cafe setting

. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

. Creative flair and passion for food and beverage innovation

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale(POS) systems

. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field(preferred)
