Role Overview

As an Outlet Manager, you are the captain of the store – responsible for overall outlet performance, customer experience, and team development. You will drive daily operations, ensure SOP adherence, and contribute directly to achieving our outlet's profitability and performance goals.


Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

  • Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations across all service, kitchen, and bar sections.
  • Ensure all opening and closing SOPs are followed precisely.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance at the highest standards.

Financial & Sales Performance

  • Monitor daily sales, cost, and profit targets.
  • Control stock usage, minimize wastage, and manage ordering and inventory systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Team Leadership & HR

  • Manage staff scheduling, discipline, grooming, and performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to hit their performance KPIs.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and ensure staff development.

Customer Service & Brand Execution

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Uphold and deliver excellent hospitality and service standards.
  • Execute brand strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns effectively.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all food safety, cash handling, and company policies are followed.
  • Conduct outlet audits and inspections regularly to maintain quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Business (preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in an F&B environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory tracking, and performance reporting tools.
