A. Job Requirement:

at least 1 year experience in Retail industry, Merchandising and/or administration.
Able to work independently
Work location in Sutera Avenue Kota Kinabalu
B. Job Responsibilities: -
- Work closely with OM/ED to oversee daily business operations.
- Responsible to assist OM/ED overall day to day operation of the HQ.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Liase with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Planning product ranges and managing budgets on behalf of organizations to help predict sales.
- Tracks inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management.
- Ensures that the levels, report any issues or shortages to management.
- Store visit 1 week 3 times (Monday, Wednesday 7 Friday).
- Responsible to double check & follow-up supplier (Outlet) if any problem for delivery stock.
- Follow-up any issue return stock (Outlet-Supplier) GRN.
- Double check & confirm planogram OUTLET display with categories.
- Double check / verify all SKU item cycle count when store visit.
- Responsible to merchandise sales monthly report.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standard established are adhered to,
- Do internal auditing on each outlet (Stock, Store display etc)
- Administer all purchasing documents systematically
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Collaborating with other departments, suppliers and vendors.
- Monitoring inventory system. Experience in using Panda system will be an advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
