**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor progress works for general workers, skill labour and subcontractors in all activities concerned project
- Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project
- Able to demonstrate excellent labour management skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary
- Coordinate, manage, supervise and able to plan all construction works at site with reference to work program and contingency plan
- Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials and sub-contractor's works to be implementation smoothly
- Prepare site daily report and relevant report assign by Project Manager
- Monitoring and ensuring the project is progressing positively in aspect of quality and time
- Accomplish additional task given by Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum at least 5 years of relevant site experience
- Preferable for those experience in water structure construction is advantages
- Immediate report duty is advantages
- Ability to work independently at site
- Willing to travel
