**1. Lead Host / Content Presenter**
- Bertindak sebagai hos utama untuk semua sesi live secara konsisten.
- Merancang, menyusun skrip, dan menyediakan flow content untuk setiap sesi.
- Mengaplikasi teknik closing untuk capai target jualan setiap sesi live.

**2. Performance Analyst & Strategist**
- Menganalisis data prestasi live session: viewers, engagement, conversion rate, sales
- Sediakan laporan prestasi dan cadangan penambahbaikan kepada team.
- Uji & optimasi kaedah pitching, timing, dan content presentation.

**3. Team Leader & Mentor**
- Memimpin dan melatih junior host untuk pastikan kualiti hosting konsisten.
- Bina sistem feedback, coaching dan monitoring untuk meningkatkan prestasi team host.
- Sediakan guideline hosting dan SOP live session.

**4.Campaign Planner & Collaborator**
- Bekerjasama dengan team marketing, media, dan inventory untuk merancang promosi.
- Berikan input dalam perancangan aktiviti retail & campaign.
- Contribute idea untuk content kreatif dan aktiviti engaging audience.

**5. Operations & Scheduling Manager**
- Atur -jadual live streaming: slot waktu, produk, dan host lineup.
- Pastikan persediaan peralatan live lengkap: kamera, lighting, sound, props.
- Koordinasi dengan team studio untuk kelancaran setiap sesi.

**Requirement**
- Ada pengalaman sebagai host live (minimum 1 tahun).
- Confident depan kamera, boleh engage audience dengan baik.
- Faham teknik closing sales dan content marketing.
- Pengalaman dalam retail atau social commerce adalah kelebihan.
- Proaktif, kreatif dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
- Boleh bekerja secara fleksibel (malam / hujung minggu jika ada sesi live).

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
