**Position**: HR Assistant
**Location**: Prima Avenue Klang
**Reports to**: HR Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Support**:

- Assist in preparing and processing payroll for outsourced employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
- Handle payroll-related queries from internal teams and outsourced staff.
- **Recruitment Support**:

- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with preparing reports related to payroll and recruitment activities.
- Handle correspondence and documentation for outsourced staff.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual HR reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll and/or recruitment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and payroll software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
