Job descriptions:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide timely support.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and medical claims.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff activities.
  • Assist in foreign workers arrangement and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist in HR reporting and documentation.

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year related working experience in HR.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa as well as able to communicate with colleagues from China.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to details and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
