HR responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in all daily HR operations.
- Help implement and coordinate HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Support staffing, selection, and recruitment processes.
- Assist with employee training and development programs.
- Help manage employee data, benefits, and compensation information.
- Provide support for employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Administrative responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for the office.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle information requests and clerical duties like filing and correspondence.
- Assist with arranging meetings and managing general office logistics.
Combined and managerial duties
- Oversee the full spectrum of both HR and administrative operations.
- Support management in leading the team and ensuring performance.
- Help handle employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
