HR Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with employee file management, attendance records, and personnel data management
Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Assist with the preparation and updating of HR documents, contracts, and reports
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes
Assist with the management of payroll, allowances, attendance, and overtime records (basic support)
Communicate with internal departments and client companies and handle basic HR inquiries
Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic HR/administrative knowledge (payroll, labor law, employee file management)
Good time management and multitasking skills
Attentive and responsible
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to maintain high efficiency under pressure
HR or administrative experience preferred
