Roles

  • Drive and support the full HR spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with HODs to plan and implement employee training & development.
  • Manage HRIS and filing systems to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support administration operations, including office management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to recommend and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in HR & Admin (Senior Executive for more experienced candidates).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll, and HR practices.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and good communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English in writing and speaking. Fluency in Mandarin or other languages will also be an advantage.
