HR Cum Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive HR cum Admin Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role involves handling employee records, assisting recruitment, managing documents and coordinating office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee files, attendance and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare HR documents (letters, forms, memos).
- Handle general admin tasks: filing, documentation, office supplies, meeting arrangements.
- Manage all utilities bills for all premises (water, electricity, internet, etc.).
- Liaise with local authorities for licensing, renewals, compliance matters, and premise-related requirements.
- Support payroll data preparation and staff communication.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR/Business Admin or related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
