About the role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Admin cum Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at SETIAHUB SDN.BHD. This is a full-time position based in Klang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining and updating database records and filing systems
  • Providing support for various projects and initiatives as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data entry
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
