We're Hiring: Customer Service cum Admin

Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor

Salary Range: RM3,000

We are now looking for a Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join our growing team and be part of our mission to protect structures and preserve nature.


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service cum Admin Executive who can deliver excellent customer support while managing day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese, and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media professionally and promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and job orders accurately.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and accounts departments to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Manage daily correspondence and update customer databases.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Support the management team in project scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Compile weekly reports and assist in preparing meeting documents.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
  • Customer-oriented personality with good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
