Klang, Selangor, Malaysia Gets Distribution Sdn Bhd Full time 24,000 - 26,400 per year

 Executing administration works.

 Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and follow up; communication/liaison to get the resources;

 Prepare and submit quotation to our customer/key account;

 Assist in researching and preparing for documents – commercial/technical to customer;

 Prepare drawing for customer;

 Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list to customer;

 Follow up status product with supplier and customer;

 Make arrangement for transportation and other logistics for delivery to customers;

 Follow up payment to our suppliers and collect from customers;

 Filling & keeping record of all documents;

 Assist sales person on preparation drawing and documents;

 Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
